Welcome to BlackCard! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlackCard website, mobile application, and services available at https://getblackcard.in (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is fully owned and operated by Station91, Inc. ("Station91," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using BlackCard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.
1. Purpose of BlackCard
BlackCard helps individuals build, improve, and manage their credit scores and overall credit health.
Our services include:
Providing tools to monitor and improve your credit score
Offering credit cards, rewards, and related financial products
Sending payment reminders and personalized recommendations
Enabling responsible credit management and education
Note: BlackCard does not guarantee approval for any credit card or credit product. Final approval is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing bank or financial institution.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use BlackCard for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Under this license, you may NOT:
Modify or copy any content or materials on the Platform
Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written consent
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our systems
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Transfer or "mirror" the Platform on other servers
Use the Platform to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
This license will automatically terminate if you violate these restrictions. Station91 may terminate your access at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
To use BlackCard, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be a resident of India
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
4. Credit and Financial Information
By using BlackCard, you authorize us to:
Access and process your financial data for credit score tracking and recommendations
Share necessary data with credit bureaus, payment gateways, and partner institutions with your explicit consent
Display your credit score, repayment history, and offers securely within the app
We comply with RBI Guidelines, Credit Information Companies Regulation Act (CICRA), and PCI-DSS standards to ensure data security and privacy.
5. Rewards and Offers
BlackCard may provide rewards, cashback, and special offers in partnership with banks, NBFCs, and merchants.
Rewards are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.
Terms of rewards are set by the issuing bank or merchant partner.
Station91 is not responsible for third-party rewards or disputes.
6. Payments, Fees, and Billing
Some services on BlackCard may be free, while others may require a subscription or fee.
Payment methods are processed through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS-certified payment gateways.
Any applicable taxes will be included in the final billing amount.
Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may request to skip a monthly deduction by contacting support at least 5 days in advance.
Refunds: Any amount deducted for a failed transaction will be automatically refunded within 1–7 business days.
No Physical Returns: Since BlackCard is a digital service, return policies do not apply.
8. User Responsibilities
By using BlackCard, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations
You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
9. Disclaimer
BlackCard is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement of intellectual property
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:
Approval of credit card applications
Improvement of credit scores within a specific time frame
Accuracy or completeness of financial data provided by third-party sources
10. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Station91 or its affiliates be liable for:
Loss of data, income, or profits
Business interruptions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Accuracy of Materials
The materials on BlackCard may contain technical or typographical errors.
We may make changes or updates at any time without notice, but we are not obligated to update all materials continuously.
12. Third-Party Links
BlackCard may include links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.
Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
By continuing to use BlackCard after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
15. Termination
Station91 reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms
Deny access to BlackCard without prior notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
